# Wrap Tokens

If you have LP tokens of DAO that are traded on DEXDAO you can wrap them to participate in a Proposal or subsequent sale.

1\) On the **My account** page, in the section **Your DAO tokens**, click on **Wrap Tokens**;

2\) Specify the token and its amount to wrap and the token to receive. Click **Approve** and confirm the transaction in your wallet;

3\) Click **Wrap Token** and confirm the transaction in your wallet. Wrapping takes 30 days, you will be able you claim your tokens in “My Account” in vesting tab.
